Red Hot Chilli Peppers
Studies conducted on red peppers state they maybe be good for your health. Many people on their own, really like hot foods flavored with hot peppers. Some studies suggest that eating lycopene food, can lower the risk of prostrate, pancreatic, and cervical cancers. Before you decide to try red peppers as a remedy for certain illnesses, it is advisable to consult with your health care providers. My experience to date with red peppers, are limited to cultivating them in a flower pot on my back porch. I have plant on my back porch planted by my daughter while she was on vacation from Washington DC. She purchased seeds from our local grocery store, planted them, and forgot about them. In short, they survived an extremely cold winter last year. I noticed that one plant wanted to live so I moved it to a larger pot when the weather got warmer. There were peppers growing very well with very little attention giving. Just when I thought they were done and that the plant would be finish, it renewed itself and grew even more peppers.
